  1 Inch Diagonal Pieces
1smZucchini, Thinly Sliced
2 Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
1tbPine Nuts Toasted
1tbMinced Shallot
1 1/2tsRed Wine Vinegar
1tsSafflower 0R Vegetable Oil
1/8tsPepper

Place Peas in A Vegetable Steamer Over Hot Water. Cover, Steam 2 Min. OR Until Crisp Tender. Drain & Rinse Under Cold Water. Combine Peas, Zucchini, Tomatoes & Pine Nuts in A Medium Bowl.
